How our decoration hire service works
Browse our items here or, drop us a message if there is something you can’t see as we are constantly updating our directory.
Choose the items you require and send an email with your list including quantities and event date. We don’t offer free consultations for our event hire, all we need is your list.
We will provide a quote for the items you have requested.
Once you are happy with the quote and it covers everything you need, you pay a 25% deposit to secure the booking. Only on receipt of an agreed hire item list and deposit are the date and items secured.
We take a further payment of 25% of the total booking amount 6 months prior to the event date. Final balances including the security deposit are due 2 months before the event date.
We will have everything boxed and ready for you to collect a few days before your event.
You return everything to us, we check all the items and return your lost/damage deposit to you (T&Cs apply)
